What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance contact for annual SFP Process
Segment FP&A leader for Finance transformational activities (DEP, Anaplan, etc.)
Lead for improving/automating processes across the Segment FP&A team
Lead project to transition Segment Management Reporting transition to fully burdened P&Ls
Liaison with Transformation team to develop dashboards/reporting for Segment CFO/CEO
Lead special projects across the team
Participate in other key FP&A processes to deliver monthly segment results and in development of the annual segment budget.
Manage 1 staff member
Qualifications
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field Advance Degree preferred
8 – 12 years experience preferred

Interactions normally involves resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
Gains consensus from various parties involved
Anticipated salary range: $97,700 - $146,580 Annual
