Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a charity based in Rotherham.
The job
This role is a full time is permanent role, and offers hybrid working.
Within this role you will oversee the management of the Finance Department, whilst reporting into the CEO.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Produce accurate financial reporting alongside producing management accounts
- Being responsible for budgeting forecasts and expenditure for all departments
- Prepare and issue monthly management accounts including cash forecasts
- Preparation of year and month end accounts
- Take leadership of the finance team
- Work closely with the CEO, and senior managers in the preparation of the strategy
The person
A suitable candidate would include someone who has worked in a similar role previously, or someone who has worked a slightly lower level, and is looking for a step up to Finance Manager position. As well as:
- Previous experience in financial reporting
- Prior experience with budgets and cashflow projections
- QBE or relevant finance qualification
- Previous use of finance software would be advantageous
- Experience within a charity setting is desirable, but not essential
