· About the role:
This is a newly created role due to ongoing growth. It will focus on day-to-day business Finance. It will be a varied role that will suit someone with experience in both areas of booking keeping and Taxes.
Role purpose: HMRC, VAT, XERO, Invoicing, Booking keeping ledges, paying invoice, payslip, NIS submissions
Duties and responsibilities:
Finance
· To process supplier invoices/ purchases/ expenses ready for monthly payment runs
· To complete quarterly accounts
· To track and submit HMRC VAT and other taxes
· To issue sales invoices as instructed
· Credit control
· To execute monthly pay run , generating wage slips
· To ensure receipts and backing documentation is obtained and filed ready for statutory audits
· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email as required
. Manage budgets and finance predictions

Salary: From £15,356.00 per year
