Our client a specialist charity is seeking an experienced Part Time Finance Manager. Ideally CIMA part qualified the role reports directly to the CEO.
The Offer:
- Salary £35,000 to £45,000 pro rata (neg)
- Remote working (need to attend meetings in London and occasionally Oxfordshire)
- Part Time working approximately 20 hours per week
- Benefits include up to 6% pension contribution
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting – monthly reporting and quarterly reports (P&L, balance sheet, aged payables, aged receivables)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Commercial finance – Fundraising applications, working with CEO the Head of Business Development and Marketing and RegionalManagers
- Process payments, invoices, income and receipts into accounting software (Xero)
- Track, maintain and reconcile bank accounts
- Finance administration as required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Part Qualified essential
- Charity sector experience helpful but not essential
