Are you a career driven solicitor seeking an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious international law firm? We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced solicitor to join the Belfast office of one of our clients, specializing in domestic and international financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide expert legal advice and guidance to both financial institutions and borrowers on a diverse range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, syndicate finance, renewable energy finance, project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, development finance, and debt restructuring.
– Conduct thorough legal research, review complex legal issues, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
– Draft and review facilities letters and corporate authorizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
– Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance legal services provided to clients.
– Manage client relationships effectively, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
– Qualified solicitor, ideally with experience in advising on domestic and international financing transactions.
– Proficient in drafting facilities letters and corporate authorizations.
– Ideally qualified in either Republic of Ireland (ROI) or England & Wales (E&W)
– Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
– Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
