The Finance department in Nissan is looking for a new Graduate who is passionate about playing an important indirect role in supporting the engineering of our next generations of vehicles!!!
Working for the Global automotive company Nissan at its European R&D centre (NTCE) based near Milton Keynes and Cranfield University, you’ll play a key role in financial stewardship and supporting business objectives.
Degree qualified, ideally in a finance and accounting field, we’re looking to implement and develop the skills and career of successful candidates that can drive us forwards in this area of finance. Within this role you will gain broad experience in finance and accounting within a large complex business, working with stakeholders all over the world.
Through this you will be able to develop your knowledge of finance in a real business context against the backdrop of highly challenging economic conditions that demand confidence and agility to provide optimum support to the business.
The successful candidate will initially be supported through a 2 year graduate training program. A proven team player, with the attention to detail, curiosity & courage to adapt their existing skills and challenge the status quo to enhance the finance function capability.

The Graduate Scheme
This isn’t a scheme where you will sit on the side-lines, you will be a valued part of our finance team, fulfilling statutory and management reporting and planning as well as partnering the business to optimise its performance.
There are two main training elements to the Finance Graduate Scheme:
Formal Training which focuses on supporting you in the transition from university into the workplace and providing the skills and knowledge to help you on your way to moving into a permanent finance role after 2 years.
On the Job training with the assistance of our highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
What you’ll need to be successful
2:1 Degree in Accounting and finance or related subject
Ideally some previous work experience in finance or admin function, either on placement, work experience and through volunteering
Working with honesty and integrity
A good communicator
