With complete involvement from the first day. You’ll take responsibility for financial, analytical and reporting projects from the outset, gaining new skills and experience. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team. During this 3-year scheme you will rotate around the different finance teams and Reckitt will sponsor you for CIMA certification.

Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you will be fully included as part of our team – bringing household name products to millions of customers worldwide.
You will

Tell the story behind the data, providing the financial intelligence we depend on to make critical choices
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting
Support our planning cycle, collaborate with other finance teams and manage compliance and controls projects
Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our costs.

You will succeed because…
…you have a foundation in accounting or financial analysis. You:

Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems
You have a strong academic background with a background in a financial or mathematical subject.
Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot things others miss
Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data.
