Are you ready to create a brighter future together?
At Zurich our brand purpose is exactly that, to create a brighter future together for our customers, our partners, employees and the planet. It’s a promise that for our customers we will put their needs at the heart of everything we do, for our employees lets grow and develop together, for our partners lets collaborate together to create mutual value and for the planet lets drive positive impact by integrating our sustainability work into how we do business.

We want you to achieve your full potential and that’s why our rotational graduate programme is designed for you to experience different areas of our business and help you build a great foundation for your future career. You’ll get to add value and make an impact from the beginning.

Your Opportunity
Our three-year graduate program will give you a broad experience across a number of finance teams and cover a variety of finance related activities. You'll have a unique opportunity to work in a real-life business environment, gaining invaluable knowledge, skills and experience as well as unrivalled exposure into how a leading multi-national insurance company operates.

We want our Graduates to understand how Finance operates across the UK and how the work in Finance enables us as a business to better support our customers. You’ll also see how diversity and inclusion is baked into our business and how this evolves decision-making, drives innovative solutions, and makes us quite different from any other organisation.

We support a range of professional qualifications for our Finance graduates, selecting between the completion of either ACCA or CIMA. The qualification that you will complete will be your choice and we will support you in your studies and to gain the professional experience you need.

What can I look forward to?
As a Finance graduate, you’ll work with corporate finance and business-facing teams in a fast-paced environment on tasks that include financial reporting, management accounting, business partnering, expense analysis and transformation projects. Our programme is designed to give you experience and insight into all core finance roles, providing a strong foundation to build on as you progress through your career.

Over the three-year programme, you will complete three one-year rotations across the finance teams. No matter what team you’re in, you’ll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will encourage and guide you to be your best.

What’s in it for you?
As well as joining a company that is passionate about sustainability and our customers, you can expect:
  • £29,400 starting salary – with 6-month salary reviews as you move through your qualification
  • An excellent study support scheme – all courses and exams are fully funded with study days provided based on which qualification you choose
  • 25 days holiday plus an additional 3 volunteering days
  • Full private medical cover
  • 12% company pension contribution
  • Annual company bonus
  • Discounted gym membership, discounted gadget insurance
  • Discounted technology offers
You’ll be joining a business where we know that difference comes from the inside out. Creating a brighter, more sustainable future underpins all that we do here in Zurich. We’re also passionate about diversity and inclusion, which we have won numerous awards for. We want our people to bring the whole of themselves to work and everybody is made to feel welcome, regardless of their background, beliefs or culture.

What you’ll need:
  • A 2:1 degree (predicted or recently achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
  • At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
  • A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Here, you’ll have every opportunity to use your drive and enthusiasm to innovate the future of Zurich, where different opinions are valued, personal needs are respected, and opportunity is equal for all.

So, make a difference. Be challenged. Be inspired. Be supported. Love what you do. Work for us.

Please note this is a permanent role. You must have the right to work in the UK in order to apply.
