Job description

Are you a confident and self-motivated individual educated to degree level or equivalent? Would you like to develop your career in finance and accountancy? We have 4 places available on our Accountancy and Finance Graduate Development Programme which runs for 3 years. During this time, you will get comprehensive support and opportunities to progress and learn with the opportunity to study towards your ACA qualification. We’ll cover exam fees and offer study leave so you can focus on your assignments and you will rotate through various teams within the Finance directorate every 12 months to give you an intensive overview of all areas of our business. By the end of the programme, you will be able to apply for any roles across the Finance directorate – our last 2 graduates are now full-time employees within our growing Finance team.


What we’re looking for:

  • Do you have a proven appetite for knowledge and development through exposure to different projects and responsibilities?
  • Are you able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines?
  • Do you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse and identify inconsistencies in large amounts of data?
  • Are you a quick learner, able to learn systems and procedures quickly and respond positively to change?

Here at Peabody, we have a number of opportunities for a Finance Graduate on a fixed term basis at our Westminster Bridge Road

A bit about the role:

As a Finance Graduate, you will be working on the day-to-day business within central finance, as well as special projects, you will assume responsibility from day one and can focus on individual areas depending on our needs. Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Working on the day-to-day business within central finance, as well as special projects, you will assume responsibility from day one and can focus on individual areas depending on our needs.
  • Rotate within the finance teams getting an intensive overview of all areas of our business.
  • Working on current projects and develop an understanding of our methods and systems by carrying out analyses, supporting processes and preparing findings for management
  • Evolving professionally as well as personally, building a firm foundation upon which to specialise later.

A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required
