SBA Nationwide ltd supply training courses for people who are unemployed or on low income. We strive to help people achieve their goals and improve their situations. Our head office is based in Gateshead. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team who works hard to ensure each learner receives the best service at each point of the training process.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance of data in line with our partners requirements, inputting learner data efficiently and accurately.
- To manage the storage of all learner documentation securely in line with GDPR and data protection guidelines within e-filing and archiving systems.
- Ensure all paperwork submitted is accurate meeting the standard required and upload accordingly and updating records.
- To liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to meet the requirements of funding and to ensure the smooth running of contract delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records for reporting to inform management decisions.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise own workload, manage routine administrative tasks and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and be self-motivated.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience with a training provider or college.
- Knowledge and experience in funding and compliance.
