We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance function until 31st March 2025.
This is a new additional role within our Business Partnering team, to support with loading in and forecasting budgets for a wide range of exciting projects across the Group.
This is a varied opportunity where you will work alongside Directors, Senior Managers, and budget holders to provide information, analysis, and insight to achieve their strategic and business objectives, you will also be providing pivotal support in achieving value for money.

Some of the things we are looking for:
A qualified Accountant with at least two years’ post qualification experience
At least two years’ experience in accounting in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets
Experience of working in a business partnering role
Experience of change and major projects
Experience of developing and delivering an excellent customer driven service to differing audiences and stakeholders
Experience of developing finance reporting which informs and supports service delivery
Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
