Your role at Chanel:
Manage the UK Region Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) Retail business (Chanel.com, Boutiques & Concessions) and provide analysis and insights into the distribution channels to support strategic decision making. Within Finance you will promote process improvements through streamlining processes and system improvements while ensuring the accuracy of management reporting and budgeting.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
- Weekly and Monthly revenue and KPI reporting to provide to F&B and Finance Management to support business decision making
- Business analysis around business challenges or areas of development supporting business decision making along with the Omni-Channel Finance Manger
- Business support, analysis and consolidation of real estate projects with Head of F&B Business Finance to be presented to Regional President and Global Leadership
- Responsible for the preparation, review and challenging of business teams on the monthly management accounts and budgets for the Owned channel
- Ownership of data quality and maintenance within Boutique Tool and Regional BI Data
- Work closely with the systems, business, and financial accounts teams to improve processes and reporting as well as find efficiencies within the business

What you will bring to the role:
- Completed financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent with 6+ years of working experience
- Team player with positive, growth mindset
- Flexible with good time management and professional confident demeanour when communicating with business teams
- Ability to trouble shoot, use own initiative and work autonomously when needed
- Strong excel skills with an understanding of financial systems
