Page Personnel are working in Partnership with a reputable Public Sector organisation based in Liverpool to recruit an interim Finance Business Partner to assist in managing the finances for an ongoing, government funded project. This is a full time, interim post due to last for a minimum of 12 months. The purpose of the Finance Business Partner is to manage the finances for a regional project, this will include strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and providing advice to budget holders in regards to key financial information of the project's funding. Typical responsibilities will include monitoring expenditure, financial analysis on the performance and spending of various departments and attending meetings with senior management to report on the current financial position. Strong background in Finance|Strong IT Desirable The successful candidate will ideally be Part Qualified/Studying towards Finance Qualifications (ACCA/CIMA), however candidates that can demonstrate relevant experience in all of the key performance areas are also encouraged to apply, all applications from finance professionals are welcomed. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent IT skills, will be confidant in financial accounting, reporting and analysis and will have a clear and effective communication style when representing the organisation in meetings with budget holders.
