Finance Audit Specialist / London / £350 per day LTD / UMB -Outside IR35 - 9 months Are you an experienced Finance Audit Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our client, a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to advancing clinical trials and research as a Finance Audit Specialist and make a significant impact on our UK Marketing Company (MC) operations. You'll have the chance to work directly with our MC Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the success of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal and external audits with confidence. Ensure documentation aligns with audit standards and provide guidance to the UK MC. Evaluate compliance with policies and procedures, proposing necessary modifications. Complete tasks to high reporting and auditing standards. Conduct risk assessments across multiple departments, reporting issues to the FC and CFO. Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses, promoting continuous education and best practices. Assess UK MC's readiness in case of business interruption. Essential Skills: Extensive experience in managing internal and external audits. Knowledge of operating in a SOX environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Proven ability to write internal policies and procedures. Strong expertise in conducting risk assessments across departments. Excellent senior stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure. 2-3 years' experience desired. University degree in a finance-related field. Desirable: ACCA qualifications.
