About the role
We are looking to expand our accounts team due to continued company growth and require someone who is eager to help, who thrives off challenges, and is continually striving to develop themselves and, in turn, the business.
Competitive Initial salary from £23,500 per annum dependent on experience, with potential to increase based on performance.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting the Finance Manager & Finance Team
· Oversee accounts payable & receivable duties
· High Volume of Purchase ledger invoice approvals
· Oversee Suggested payments for monthly Purchase Ledger payment run.
· Credit control & debtor chasing
· Providing support to other members of the finance team
· Processing credit card payments
· Handling supplier & customer accounts queries
· Management & distribution of accounts mailbox
· Oversee E-commerce sales admin
· Ad hoc admin duties
The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate:

Preferred but not essential experience:
· Excel and other Microsoft software such as word & outlook
· Pegasus Opera
· CRM systems
· AAT Level 2 qualified (equivalent experience or working towards)

Hours: 08:45 – 16:45 - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
