Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will include:

Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control
Processing and reconciling invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
Conducting financial data entry and ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Performing bank reconciliations
Providing general administrative support to the finance team as needed
Liaising with customers and other departments

The successful Finance Assistant will require the following skills and experience:

Knowledge of Sage accounting software is essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong customer liaison skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A full valid UK driving licence
