Like most places, the average age of our population is rising as more people are living longer, so we are working closely with residents to help them maintain their independence and further improve the cost effectiveness of our service to meet the ongoing rise in demand.

About the Role

The work of the Resettlement Finance Admin Support Officer is to ensure budgets relating to all/ any of the resettlement schemes (as needed) are monitored and managed on a regular basis to meet local and national requirements. This will involve a combination of administrative and financial duties.

  • Supporting commissioning and procurement activities
  • Collating and preparing information for regular statutory returns
  • Preparing and administering relevant payment processes
  • Produce analytical reports on spend across the different schemes
  • Working closely with officers in RBK Finance team as well as those delivering the Resettlement schemes

About You
We are looking for someone with experience of financial and/or programme management, excellent numeracy skills and someone who exhibits a high level of accuracy in their work. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
