About Our Client
My client is a leading Not for Profit organisation based in Birmingham.
Job Description
- Provide high quality budgetary management, forecasting and reporting service
- Exercise robust and high quality financial management to ensure the agreed annual budgeted expenditure
- Production of monthly management accounts and forecasts
- Understand the KPIs and monitor performance
- Oversee cashflow management
- To assist with the preparation of year end information for the annual external audit
- Willingness to attend finance meetings outside of usual working hours
The Successful Applicant
- Experience of working in a growth environment and able to identify and drive process change and improvement
- Strong analytical and interpretational skills
- Well-developed management, organisational and communication skills
- A confident relationship builder
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience of accounting systems
- Experience of managing staff
- Ability to travel between sites
