Salary: £51,551 - £64,445 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) + Market Rate Allowance of 9.13%
A car allowance at the rate of £375 per month will be paid.
This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.
Hour of Work: 35 per week (2 days office based and 3 at home – flexibility required)
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Finance Business Partnering Manager within Link’s Finance Team. As part of the Finance department’s management team, the post holder will play a strategic role in the management, development and delivery of finance services across the group.
The role is to lead our Finance Business Partner Service to subsidiaries and business units across the whole of Link Group. The Finance Business Partnering Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the team to ensure a high quality, flexible, responsive and customer focused service. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for all Link budgets and will play a key role in the strategic financial planning process.

About You
As a qualified accountant with a recognised body and qualified to degree level or equivalent, you will have the ability to provide leadership to a large, multi skilled team including a large number of professionally qualified staff.
This role requires skills to lead a customer focused financial business partner support service in a multi site environment. Experience and knowledge of production of management accounting reporting to a broad range of entities and business units is essential for this role as well as production of statutory financial accounts. Proven experience in a financial or management accounting role as well as experience of developing informative and innovative management reporting is required for this post.
