At Lee Ng & Associates Financial Planning, we help our clients “Retire Without Fear”.

Since 1998, our independent financial planning firm based in Pleasanton, CA has helped our clients with retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, education planning, and long-term care protection.

What you’ll be doing:

A. Marketing

• Assist advisors in preparing client product materials, then following up with client questions and decisions.
• Help advisors prepare and send planning proposals, implement financial plans, and drive the process from start to finish.
• Coordinate client marketing events

B. Client Services

• Create and manage investment paperwork
• Utilize CRM/Workflow platforms to submit and process paperwork
• Prepare account summaries, personal financial profiles, and database updates.
• Respond to client requests and questions relating to account activities

Qualifications

• Strong reading, written and verbal communication skills – clear and concise client communication and team collaboration
• Pride in your work with dedication to clients and organization
• Work and thrive both individually and as a team
• True curiosity for learning and desire for self-growth
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
• Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office, etc.

Experience working in an office environment is a plus but not a requirement.

We are offering this position with the following compensation package:

• Starting base salary of 50,000 - 55,000 depending on experience and skills
• Six-month probation – performance and salary review after probation
• Year-end bonus – based on personal and business performance
• Full coverage of employee-only medical and dental
• Retirement Plan (after probation) with company match
• Two weeks paid vacation leave per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are currently working 40% in-person and 60% remotely. When working in-person, all COVID protocols are strictly adhered to including, wearing masks, social distancing and sanitizing.
