Job description
Finance Assistant
Duties:
- Checking and uploading purchase and sales loaders
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Cash book posting & ledger allocations
- Checking, processing and seeking approval of overhead supplier invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and reconciling supplier statements
- Supporting with month end process
- Deal with finance queries from both internal and external parties
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
