About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Finance Assistant is a key member of the operations team and is responsible for ensuring that all supplier invoices/credit notes and payment requests are prepared to be processed and matched against the correct purchase order with the team in line with SLA target of 2 working days.
About you
Essential criteria:
· Experience of working in a Finance Office in an AP role
· Experience of matching purchase orders
· FocalPoint and Dimensions experience
· Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Flexibility with working hours where necessary
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· MS Excel knowledge and experience
