Job description
The Finance Assistant will be based at QSL Burgess Hill and will report directly to the Management Accountant.
Working hours and pattern to be agreed with Management Accountant.
Duties include:
· Preparation and processing monthly sales Invoices and credit notes
· Processing purchase invoices and employee’s expense claims
· Processing and reconciliation both payments received and sent by bank transfer, cheque or other means.
· Preparation of payment runs
· Posting purchase and sales invoices into accounting software
· Managing Aged Debtors and Aged Creditors
· Dealing with all accounts payable / receivable queries
· Issuing and reconciliation of petty cash
· General adhoc administration duties including, filing and archiving
The above list while being detailed is not exhaustive and other duties may be required on an as and when needed basis.
