Job description
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their ambitious business based on the outskirts of Maidstone.
Duties will include:
· Setting up Accounts
· Credit control and credit checking new clients
· Processing purchase invoices
· Bank reconciliations
· Payment and statement management
· Sending credits/invoices/statements
· Any administrative duties relating to the finance department
· Dealing with queries via email and phone
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, great attention to detail and be a hardworking, team player.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in finance with little to no experience as full training will be provided!
