My Benefits World has a vacancy for a Finance Administrator
My Benefits World provides employee benefits platforms, products and services to help employers communicate, engage and motivate their employees. We have a vacancy for a Finance Administrator to join our team. This role will entail raising, checking and sending invoices in addition to recording inbound payments.
For this role you will need:
Excellent communication skills as you will be communicating by phone and email with customers, suppliers and internal team members
To be well organised - you will need to keep on top of large amounts of invoices
To be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
Good IT skills - you must have experience and be proficient in using the Xero Accounting system - applications will not be considered without this skill set
All orders are processed and completed online (use of Excel is essential).
A high level of attention to detail as invoices are produced online
To be able to work in fast paced constantly evolving and developing environment
Equally comfortable working in a team and on your own with remote supervision
To be able to think for yourself and use your initiative
Confident to put your own ideas and viewpoints across
Not be afraid to ask if you require support / help
To be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
Working Hours
20 hour working week
My Benefits World understands there are some fantastic people out there who (for reasons such as childcare/family commitments) may not be able to start work bang-on 9am or work after 2.30pm. Therefore, this role can be very flexible.
