As an Accounts/Finance Assistant, you will offer previous accounts administration experience in a similar role. What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at the office. As an Accounts/Finance Assistant you will support the Finance team leader to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial administration and information systems. You will liaise with colleagues, clients and suppliers and maintain relationships to achieve financial goals. Some of your key responsibilities include:
Receiving and recording the receipt of payments/Bills and Invoices
Processing invoices to make sure payments are correct and are made on time
Requesting receipt of statements from businesses when they are not provided
Matching and filing invoices and receipts
Answering queries from suppliers, clients and other business departments about accounts payable or payments made
Cash posting
Bank Reconciliations
Worldpay reconciliations
Query resolution
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
