What the opportunity looks like
- Credit card reconciliation at month end, this entails matching business expenses to company credit card statements and updating tracker sheets for each company card
- Processing supplier invoices through Procurify, progressing each invoice through to submission for payment. This entails matching the relevant purchase order to the invoice, assigning purchase orders to approved orders and requesting orders where none are raised
- Weekly management of supplier invoices sat in draft bills on Procurify
- Requesting orders from the relevant teams and dealing with any queries that may arise
- Weekly checking orders on Salesforce, confirming all details match by checking the relevant paperwork attached and cross-referencing to the order
- Advising the Transactional Services Supervisor of any issues or missing information
- Daily sync and process rules on Credit Hound to initiate the automatic chase emails for overdue invoices
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable query management and resolution
- Creation of new supplier accounts on Nav after approval
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Post and email management, personal and shared inboxes
- Ad hoc accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as and when required

Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Use on an accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics Nav would be advantageous
