Tim’s Tiles is an independent, family business that started way back in 1993 when tiles were smaller and we measured in feet and inches! With two branches, one located in Bishop’s Stortford & the other in Poole, our loyal and friendly staff offer first-class customer service that is backed up with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Bringing the best the industry has to offer into our showrooms and adapting to the changing face of retail ….and most importantly always looking to offer our customers the best service and products.
About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Assisting retail customers, listening to their ideas, advising and inspiring them to choose tiles that give the perfect look for their project
· Keeping show room clean and tidy
· Monitoring, ordering and replenishing of stock
· Replying to customer enquiries (email and phone)
· Maintaining a good product knowledge to advise customers
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Creative, outgoing, enthusiastic and ready to go the extra mile for our customers
· Interested/experienced in interior design
· Enjoy keeping up to date with design trends
· Previous experience in a retail environment
· Love social media and help us promote our business
· Be computer literate with experience (or willingness to learn)
· Keen to learn product knowledge to pass on to our customers
