The team
From Line of Duty to Love Island, in Global Partnerships we sell shows from our catalogue of 90,000 hours and license our biggest brands from creators and producers everywhere sharing global and local stories with networks partners and streamers all over the world and we go beyond the TV screen into digital, social, merchandise, sponsorship, events, licensing, gaming, and more.
The role
The purpose of this role is to deliver financial analysis and admin support across to the Head Of Finance, ITV Global Partnerships.
Support appraisal process for content investment decisions
Assist with preparation of quarterly reporting for internal labels
Dealing with finance queries from the content team
Payment processing for distribution advances: setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, monitoring milestones, hedge forms, urgent payment requests, providing cash flow forecasts
Ensuring accurate information is maintained in PARIS (in house rights information system): setting up and updating proposals, signing licences, advising on status changes
Reporting to business on unrecouped titles
Keep Tableau (in house sales analytics tool) up to date with latest Business Plans
Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Raising invoices
Liaising with BSC to post journals
Collaborate with Content Team to maintain accurate view of pipeline
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
Working towards professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience preferred (e.g. CIMA, ACA)
Numerate and enthusiastic with the desire to learn more
Intermediate Excel skills are essential, experience of using the Google Suite is an advantage
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
A confident team player who is able to build relationships with differing levels of seniority
Well organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
Confidence and experience with financial/business systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, Tableau) is an advantage
