We have an excellent opportunity to join the Accounting team in Solihull on a part time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Financial Accountant - Marketing & Commercial this role will assist with daily and monthly tasks.

key aspects of the role will include:

• Raise and submit claims to suppliers for agreed funding for in-store promotions

• Chase suppliers for the payments of these promotional claims

• Process deductions for unpaid promotional invoices when required

• Reconciling customer payments on Coda

• Using the Aged Debt report to chase customers for outstanding balances

• Involvement in month end account reconciliation

• Travel bookings management for employees

• General administration/filing as required

the ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Numerate with excellent attention to detail

• Good IT skills, including MS Excel, MS Word

• Excellent communication skills

• Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Be an excellent team player and demonstrate a flexible approach

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21.5 per week
