Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include assisting in processing purchase invoices and staff expenses, administering and processing company credit cards, processing expenses for volunteers/activists, and preparing cash book and mobile phone expenses postings.
You’ll also assist in the general running of our Finance Unit, helping other team members on request and keeping up to date with all Greenpeace activities, both to ensure that the department gives high quality support to all areas of Greenpeace and to participate in wider Greenpeace activities as appropriate.
Location: Islington, London. Our hybrid working model enables us to enjoy the benefits of both office based and remote working. We ask that staff work from the office in Islington 40% of their time, with 20% required as a minimum.
