Job Profile:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance Department to join the team as a Finance Assistant.
Working as a Finance Assistant you will receive;
Initial training will take place in our office which is based in Chichester city centre.
After the successful completion of your initial training, you will be offered the opportunity to work between our office and your home.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance Department to join the team as a Finance Assistant.
Working as a Finance Assistant you will receive;
- A starting salary of £22,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
- Opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after successful completion of initial training.

In the role of a Finance Assistant you will;
- Receive and process finance post
- Process supplier invoices and supplier payments
- Process employee expenses
- Process credit card statements and petty cash
- Produce sales invoices
- Process commission and clawback payments & receipts
- Pick up ad hoc duties within the department
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with;
- Strong Excel and office skills
- A "can do" attitude to work
- Be willing to get involved and produce results
- Be a team player, supporting and offering assistance where and when required
Additional Information
The working hours are full-time, 37.5 per week, either working 9am to 5:30pm.
Initial training will take place in our office which is based in Chichester city centre.
