An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and professional finance team as an apprentice in accounting. We can offer the right individual the opportunity to train towards a professional qualification as an Accounting Technician whilst developing their personal skills and work-based experience. The major responsibilities of the role are working with and assisting an Assistant Finance Manager in providing robust, accurate and timely information to budget holders on how much income they have generated and how much money they have spent. You will also assist with the monthly production of internal management accounts, including liaising with budget holders to gather information or to help them understand the financial reports we have sent them. The post holder will also be heavily involved in assisting budget holders, raise sales invoices and helping suppliers with their payment queries.
