THE POSITION
We are looking for part-time finance assistant to be a part of our finance team. The role will be for Mon-Fri, starting from 8/9am, for 30-35 hours a week and the role is fully remote. Responsibilities will include processing payments and invoices through our patient management system, reconciliations and weekly reporting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Some experience with sales ledger , processing charges and raising invoices
- Customer account reconciliation
- Working with rest of the team on sales ledger control and debtors
- Assisting Commercial Finance Assistant on cash inflow and aged debtors
- Following up with insurance companies on outstanding invoices
- Weekly reporting of outstanding invoices and outstanding reports
- Working with our client care team to resolve queries on customer/ patients’ accounts
- Possess a ‘can do’ attitude
- Competent with working with Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to act on your own initiative without constant supervision.
- Ability to work both within a dedicated team as well as independently Calm under pressure, and able to remain professional at all times.
- We operate on a patient management system Lumeon, but no prior experience is necessary
