Salary: Upto £34,000
Location: Castle Donington (Hybrid working available)

Overview

2fawcett are recruiting for a Finance assistant to work for a leading business based in Castle Donington.

As the Finance assistant you will be reporting directly into the accountant and finance manager.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant

  • Purchase ledger
  • Posting expenses
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Financial reporting
  • Assisting with management accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Balance reconciliations
  • Posting prepayments & accruals
  • Supporting with internal and external audits

Requirements of the Finance Assistant

  • Previous experience working within a similar role
  • Experience using an accounting software i.e. Sage, SAP
  • AAT qualified or similar formal qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £34,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
