Herts Living Limited are recruiting for a Finance and Operations Manager
Location: Hertford / Hybrid
Salary £65-£75K plus bonus
Closing Date 14th July
We are a dynamic, agile housing and commercial developer with a healthy supply of land and pipeline of projects ranging from 15 to 150 units operating across Hertfordshire. Our 3 principal areas of business are:
· Self-Delivery - acquiring land (to date, solely from its shareholder), securing planning permission and developing residential property.
· Investment into a joint venture (limited liability partnership) with Morgan Sindall - known as Chalkdene to deliver housing.
· Managing commercial property - currently comprising an office park with plans for growth
