Finance and Accounting Manager
The business has grown exponentially across new products, we recognize the need for an experience Finance Manager, with 10+ years’ experience, to lead the finance function to deliver first class reporting, budgeting, forecasting and necessary governance so that we can continue to expand and grow our business with a cool vibe.
UPS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is expanding and seeking a highly qualified candidate to be the Finance Manager, based out of the local Capital Office.
The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in leadership.
The Finance Manager reports to the Director of Finance.
UPS Capital is the supply chain partner of choice that provides risk mitigation solutions for companies that trade and source globally.
UPS Capital was founded in the United States in 1998 and started to expand in Europe in 2011. We are present in 19 countries on 4 continents.
The Finance Manager oversees leading and managing the business unit finance functions within the Europe Region.
He/She support stakeholders on all business reviews, manages business plans and budgets across multiple departments/division and forecasts future needs. The Finance Manager also engages across multiple departments to support innovation and the launch of new products.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Innovate new ways to be more efficient and exceed our customer’s experience.
Engage and work cross-functionally with other departments in the business to support the development of new solutions.
Responsible for providing cost and revenue information to the Region Manager and other members of the Business Planning Unit and provide guidance on financial improvement.
Ensure that key monthly PNL information, monthly reporting and KPIs are reported to stakeholders in the US and Europe.
Produce the monthly and quarterly financial reports. Improve on analysis and forecasting currently reported.
Responsible for VAT reporting, tax returns, analytics, reforecasting, billing and collections teams.
Provide leadership and development to the growing Finance team.
OTHER CRITERIA:
Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree and prefers a Master’s Degree.
