Finance Analyst (FP&A) – UK, Marlow

Role Overview
As a Finance Analyst, you will be supporting the Allergan Aesthetics business units across Europe Sub Region including Nordics, Benelux, Alpine, Greece, Israel. The FP&A Analyst will support in the control of the Europe Sub Region monthly management accounts and report on variances to senior management and the Western Europe and Canada regional consolidation team. The FP&A Analyst will assist in the preparation, co-ordination and production of budget, forecasts and strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing financial support over countries in scope, providing daily sales reporting for communication to senior management
- Assist with the consolidating of month-end reporting, coordinate with budget and strategic planning for Europe Sub Region countries
- Support the forecasting activities and prepare regular reports to provide a detailed insight to the commercial lead for the business
- Involved with cyclical financial planning events such as the annual budget planning and long range plans
- Participates in continuous improvement projects for systems and automation
Role Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree BSc or BA in Business (Accounting/Finance) preferred although not essential
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA fully qualified or part qualified (final stages). Qualified by experience candidates will also be considered
- Experience in finance/accounting positions. Preferably gained in FP&A setting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective team building skills; ability to set and align goals/priorities
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across different countries and cultures
- Strong business partnership skills and team-oriented nature
- SAP, Longview, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint experience preferred although not essential
