Grade 6- £34341- £37725pa - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment Opportunity.
Working with the Complaints Team within Housing Services in the London Borough of Havering. The successful candidate(s) will be joining a friendly team that carries out investigations of all complaints relating to Housing Services. Liaising with Councillors, Members of Parliament and Governing Bodies, as well as the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Regulations Acts. Candidate should be hard working, motivated and be able to manage own work load and work on own initiative, as well as work well within a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
The role is 5 days a week and you are required to attend the office in Romford on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and generally every 4 weeks to the office in Rainham on a Wednesday, these days can be subject to change. The rest of the week is working remotely at home.
