Reporting to the Head of Management Accounting, the role will include:

Creating and maintaining forward looking financial models.
Preparing regular management reporting for use across all levels of the organisation through to Board of Trustees.
Designing and improving financial reports and templates.
Being actively involved in the design and implementation of the forecasting and budgeting processes.
Working to make better use of financial systems, including maintenance and improvement of TM1 and SQL based reporting.

The successful applicant will have:
Strong attention to detail.
Substantial experience in manipulating large and complex data sets.
The ability to think creatively and employ skills to solve problems and streamline processes.
Excellent, advanced Excel skills and ideally experience and aptitude with TM1, SQL and VBA/Macros.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of accounting principles and practice, with a relevant degree. Fully or part qualified preferred.

The role will initially incorporate a regular mix of home and office-based working, with the team currently working Tuesdays and Wednesdays from our London office. Candidates who prefer to work more often from the office can be accommodated.
