Position: Finance Agent (Turkish Speaking)
Job Type: Full-Time
Summary of Responsibilities
· Working closely with other departments to handle customer queries.
· Providing the best possible services and solutions to the customers (via Backoffice and emails)
· Communicating effectively and efficiently with colleagues to ensure delivery of
business objectives and targets.
· Working 24/7 shift pattern.
· Meeting personal/ finance t team targets.
· Handling customer withdrawals, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing document.
· Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Person Specification
· Native-level Turkish speaker (verbal and written) + B2 level English skills
· Strong passion and interest in the gaming industry
· Ability to work assigned shift, hours and location (including nights and weekends)
· Data driven and analytical mindset
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer oriented
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to work under pressure
· Self-Motivated
· Team player

· £22 – 24k PA
