The Role:
Join us as an Activities Manager at Hazel End in Bishops Stortford. As our Activities Manager, you will play an integral role within the care home, managing a small team, you will be responsible for designing and planning an activities timetable based around the resident’s requirements, desires and choices.
You and you team will provide group and individual activities, external excursions and ensure integration is achieved within the local community. Resident activities play a key part in our home, ensuring our residents are motivated, stimulated and included in the day to day interactions which in turn enables them to live a fulfilled and enriched life.

We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality and a happy disposition, is self-motivated with the ability to encourage others and a desire to provide a sense of fun and the best activity schedule at Overstone Lodge.
Hours of work:
Your hours of work will be 9 am to 5 pm and you will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off. This will equate to an average of 28 hours per week.
