LOCATION(S): Bristol, UK

HOURS: Full-time

Job Description
The Ledger Operations team within Group Finance Support play a key part in updating the financial systems. We post c30/40 daily journals so this role would gain you experience to the key finance systems and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
Deliver a range of Finance processes to provide outputs which satisfy stakeholder needs and requirements, adhering to timelines
On any given day, a Finance Administrator can look forward to a variety of work such as:
  • Performs standard administrative data processing tasks (e.g. requisitions, time and expense recording, etc. leadership).
  • Performs simple procedural tasks to support the budgeting process.
  • Uses the internal communications system to access required information for specific purposes.
  • Selects appropriate data from information provided by others and inputs that data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  • Uses the full functionality of standard office software as required to prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports and similar documents following detailed instructions.
  • Performs simple financial monitoring tasks by following established procedures in order to provide support to others.
  • Supports development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
  • Supports others by performing routine policy-related tasks according to established procedures.
