Finance Administrator Folkestone, England
Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our team at Hawkinge House, Folkestone, Kent. We require a candidate to administer all aspects of the finances for both residents and staff. This broadly based and rewarding role can accommodate flexible working and takes around 40 hours per week.
ABOUT GRAHAM CARE
The Graham Care Group owns and operates nursing homes and care suites for over 500 residents in Surrey and Kent.
The business is family owned by Ernie & Dr Karen Graham, who founded it in 1996. Their aim is to provide “homes for life” for residents with on-going nursing care needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process all resident sales invoices.
* Process all supplier invoices.
* Reconcile the company's bank account and ensure all payments are accounted for.
* Produce monthly management accounts reports, including P&L and Debtors Reports.
* Process staff payroll each month.
* Proficient in the use of Xero Accounting and Sage Payroll.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for work with internal and external stakeholders.
* Confident using Excel (Pivots/VLookups)

Salary: From £32,000.00 per year
