Responsibilities:

  • Answering and forwarding calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Providing customer support
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Arranging couriers
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Booking meetings
  • Making hotel reservations
  • Assisting the office with any other administrative duties that may arise
