Responsibilities:
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Responding to emails
- Welcoming visitors
- Providing customer support
- Maintaining the reception area
- Sorting and distributing post
- Arranging couriers
- Ordering all office supplies
- Booking meetings
- Making hotel reservations
- Assisting the office with any other administrative duties that may arise
