Our big 4 consultancy client is conducting a review of historical total loss motor insurance claims to ensure customers received a fair claim payment. Davies Resourcing are looking to hire File Reviewers to assist our client with the delivery of the remediation exercise including completion of case assessments for impacted customers.

- 6 month initial contract with scope to extend
- Monday - Friday core hours (no weekend work or shift work necessary)
- Opportunity to work on a project in response to recent regulatory changes which will affect the insurance market for the foreseeable future
What will you be doing?
- Performing file reviews to support outcomes of total loss cases
- Completion of a case assessment checklist documenting outcomes and rationale for case decision
- Following guidelines to identify pre-existing damage on a vehicle
- Following a method, applying judgement to select an outcome from a selection of prescribed options
- Completing and managing personal workload in line with
productivity and quality targets
- Timely and accurate completion of data entry / information
capture tasks on systems, trackers and other operational
tools as specified by management
What are we looking for?
- Experience in working to targets – quality and productivity
- Experience completing case work on similar regulatory reviews -
Working in a regulated environment where work products must
meet FCA standards
- Has previously worked on a PBR Desktop Review
- Has previous experience of access Motor Total Loss claims/valuations (highly desirable)
- Experience in the insurance industry/claims environment
- Knowledge of Audatex (not essential, highly desirable)
- Interest in the motor / FS industry
- 3 – 5 years FS remediation experience
