We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Craigavon, Craigavon (GB-CGV), United Kingdom (GB).
Overview
Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
Responsibilities
Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
Performs maintenance and repair services.
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Key Skills
Experience in 2nd Line IT Windows Support
Knowledge and experience of Windows 7/10, MS Office/ O365 Operational and configuration knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Break Fix IT Support, Desk Side Support and Install, Move, Add Change (IMAC)
Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols
Coordinate activities with Help Desk, Network Services, or other IS groups
