Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, based in Salford, Greater Manchester. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £23,793 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for the Administrator role are:

Providing administrative support to our Repairs & Maintenance Operational teams

Working on various planned works programmes

Working towards targets with the operational team

Record accurate detail with relevant systems

Capture regular updates and communicate with colleagues

Maintain accurate records on allocated projects

Photocopying and general admin duties

What we are looking for in our ideal Administrator:

Good level of education up to GCSE level. Strong administrative & IT skills required. Ability to operate a computerised database system/s is beneficial. Good working knowledge on how to use MS Excel spreadsheets essential. Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills. Experience gained within a social housing environment is desirable.
