Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on industry experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday

My client are a family run UK leader within the materials handling industry. They have been trading for around 50 years and throughout the duration of this time have grown their business from strength to strength. Due to further expansion of their business and customer growth, they are now on the search for a Field Service Engineer to join their team.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be working with some of the newest equipment within the industry. Working predominantly with 2 established and familiar brands with a mixture of gas, diesel and electric equipment. If interested, you will require experience within the forklift/heavy construction plant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and repair of trucks as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnosing the exact nature of each query and repair with a friendly, efficient 'can-do' attitude
- Completion of service reports for each job on a PDA system
- Reporting to the Service Manager
Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Friendly and outgoing individual
- Works well individually but is a good team player
- Experienced in FLT or Heavy Plant
- Qualified with relevant qualifications but would consider time served
- Be well-organised, methodical and process-driven
- Ability to think out of the box and adept at fault finding
- Present a professional image - be trustworthy, punctual and polite
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 D.O.E
- Overtime available and paid at 1.5 hours
