IT Field Engineer - Coventry - Up to £32,000 - Exciting IT Service Provider

The Role

As a Field Services Engineer at this thriving MSP, you'll be responsible for providing general advice, support and guidance to our customers and their end-users. You'll work to defined SLAs, assist our Project teams with deployments and other installation activities, and undertake a range of other tasks. This will be a mixture of both remote support and on-site visits when required. Expenses are paid for and access to company vans is available. You will be supporting clients only within the West-midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure end-user-computing devices to agreed standards
• Visit customer sites to complete scheduled activities, installations, desk moves, upgrades and changes
• Provide reactive support for Network, Server and Storage equipment located on customer sites
• Provide end-user support and assistance for typical Desktop, Office and other End-user Computing tasks
• Strive to achieve all KPIs and SLAs at all times.

Requirements

• Confident, proactive and self-motivated individual with experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in ITIL-aligned environments
• Technical understanding of Microsoft 365 and general business IT systems
• Troubleshooting skills with hardware and networking issues.
